Cancellation Policy

Partial Cancellations:

Any modification to the reservation must be submitted in writing (fax, email, letter).

A partial cancellation is considered any reduction in the contract amount for any reason: reduction in the duration of the event, reduction in the number of people, and/or services ordered.

In the event of partial cancellations, the costs incurred by the Client will be limited to the penalties detailed in the table below.
Any additional cancellations beyond those allowed without charge will incur penalties of 100% (including room nights, meals, catering supplements, room rental, or any other services) and are non-cumulative.
For a partial cancellation of room nights, the percentages are calculated based on the number of rooms per night (non-cumulative).
For a partial cancellation of other services, the percentages are calculated per the service concerned, as defined in the contract. Each request will be based on the updated contingent at the previous deadline.

% of cancellations allowed without charge:
From 119 to 90 days before the event: 15% reduction without charge*
From 89 to 60 days before the event: 10% reduction without charge*
From 59 to 8 days before the event: 5% reduction without charge*
From 7 days to the day of the event: 0% reduction without charge*

100% of the remaining amount is charged beyond the allowed cancellation percentage.

*on the number of rooms per night, meals, banquet services, room rentals, and any other contracted services. The number of days before the event is calculated from the first day of the group's arrival.

The allowed cancellation percentages without charge, as stated in the above schedule, are non-cumulative.

Total Cancellation:

Any modification to the reservation must be submitted in writing (fax, email, letter).

In the event of total cancellation of the contract by the Client, not justified by the hotel's failure to fulfill its obligations, a cancellation fee will be charged and calculated as follows:

- If the cancellation notice is received more than 45 days before the first day of the event, the establishment will retain the amount of the deposits paid as a cancellation fee. If the hotel does not have the deposits by the cancellation date, it reserves the right to charge the amount of deposits contractually due, as defined in the contract.
- If the cancellation notice is received less than 45 days before the first day of the event, the Client must pay the balance of the service amount listed in the quote.

Changing the event date is considered a total cancellation and will result in the application of the cancellation conditions. Non-payment of contractual deposits is also considered a cancellation.

In the event of non-compliance with payment deadlines, the hotel may demand immediate payment of the event's balance from the Client, with the payment to be received by the hotel within 8 days from the date of the hotel's written request. Failure to pay within this period will result in the event being considered canceled by the Client.

Postponement:

Any request for postponement will be considered a cancellation followed by a new reservation request and will result in the application of the cancellation fees provided in these conditions.
